Welcome!

To all my 7th and 8th graders — we did it! The 2024–2025 school year is officially wrapped. Like any year, there were highs and lows, but what stands out most is the incredible growth, amazing development, and the fact that you all did REAL science—at a level we’ve never seen before at our school. You should be proud!

To my graduating 8th graders: good luck as you head into high school. Keep that curiosity alive and let your brilliance shine wherever you go.

To my rising 7th and 8th graders: get ready. Next year, we dive into life science, and it’s going to be wild—in the best way. We’ll be growing things, dissecting things, and learning all about the most fascinating living organisms on the planet... us! From cells to systems to ecosystems, it’s going to be unforgettable.

Enjoy your summer. Rest, explore, recharge—and come back ready to wonder, question, and discover.

A todos mis estudiantes de 7.º y 8.º grado — ¡lo logramos! El año escolar 2024–2025 ha llegado a su fin. Como cualquier año, hubo altibajos, pero lo que más resalta es el crecimiento increíble, el desarrollo asombroso, y el hecho de que hicieron ciencia de verdad—a un nivel que nunca antes se había visto en nuestra escuela. ¡Deberían sentirse muy orgullosos!

A mis estudiantes de 8.º que se gradúan: les deseo mucha suerte en la preparatoria. Mantengan viva esa curiosidad y brillen donde sea que vayan.

A mis futuros estudiantes de 7.º y 8.º: prepárense. El próximo año nos enfocaremos en la ciencia de la vida, y va a ser emocionante. Vamos a cultivar cosas, diseccionar cosas, y aprender todo sobre los seres vivos más fascinantes del planeta... ¡nosotros! Desde las células hasta los sistemas y ecosistemas, ¡será inolvidable!
