Welcome!

Dear Students and Families,

We’ve made it to the final quarter of the school year, and it’s going to be an exciting one! This quarter, our students will:

• Take the Illinois Science Assessment (ISA)

• Dive deep into Newton’s Three Laws of Motion and explore how they apply to the world around us

• Investigate fluid power dynamics—how fluids like air and water create force and motion

• Begin an intro to computer science and develop early coding and logic skills

• End the quarter with a special field trip to celebrate a year of growth and discovery!

Let’s finish the year strong, curious, and proud. Go Pumas!

• May 16: Teacher Institute Day (No School)

• June 12: Teacher Institute Day (No School for Students)

• June 19: Juneteenth (No School)

¡Bienvenidos al 4º trimestre, Pumas! 
Estimados estudiantes y familias:

¡Hemos llegado al último trimestre del año escolar y va a ser emocionante! Este trimestre, nuestros estudiantes:

• Tomarán el Examen de Ciencias de Illinois (ISA)

• Estudiarán a fondo las Tres Leyes del Movimiento de Newton y cómo se aplican en la vida real

• Investigar la dinámica del poder fluido, aprendiendo cómo el aire y el agua crean fuerza y movimiento

• Comenzarán una introducción a la informática, desarrollando habilidades básicas de codificación y lógica

• Terminarán el trimestre con una excursión especial para celebrar un año de crecimiento y aprendizaje
