hola familia is my name is Missy Arco I am the third grade teacher at home with Adar I've been teaching there since the 2018-2019 school year I just love it with my whole heart I love the students I love the families I love the community there's such a strong knit Community here and I am so grateful to get to teach some more that just really Fosters that love of family love of community I love watching kids learn their passions that something that I learned when I was in school when I was drinking so I really love just getting to Dean there's a kind of watch that and watch them grow into who they are as people that they never are when I am with my student I love getting to teach them I love getting to Foster in their learning I think that it's really important. we are teachers work really hard to make sure that our students are growing not only academically but also socially and I try to do things in my room to make it fun for them I used to be a camp counselor so I really work hard to make learning fun for my students make a collaborative where they work with each other no matter what are setting it I do a lot of group work to try to help kids who aren't quite understanding it as well as maybe some other kids are or maybe their understanding it differently I think that every student is to I think that every student deserves to meet our job to make sure that our students are safe I think it's our job to make sure that we can be there for our students and I truly and deeply loved and I hope that that comes out as your child is in my classroom my big belief is that it's not a teaching is not a solo job I think that students and teachers and families and other staff members come together and we all do this thing together so I am here for your child I know that you are here for your child and together we are going to have a fantastic year
